Prior to joining the Alliance staff, Pastor Brian worked in the manufacturing industry serving as a leader in marketing and strategy. In 2011, he accepted the role of Student Ministries Pastor at Alliance Church. Later, he served as Executive Pastor and most recently, helped launch Alliance's first new location in Hortonville. Currently, he serves as Senior Pastor, supporting the staff team and leaders through vision casting and preaching. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Wesley Seminary and is currently enrolled in a doctoral degree program at Gordon Conwell Seminary. Born in New Jersey, he moved with his family to the Fox Cities in 1997 when his father, Dr. Dennis Episcopo, became Alliance's Senior Pastor.

Pastor Brian is married to Hannah, a licensed marriage and family therapist who is trained in peacemaking ministry and has a passion for encouraging new moms and wives. They have two young children, Adalynn and Elias.
