Unlock Your Leadership Potential

Align Leadership Institute - Student Leadership Development & Spiritual Formation

Connecting the world with God and one another by growing as a student of leadership and spiritual formation while serving in a variety of ministries of Alliance Church. Work alongside ministry leaders and develop leadership calling, skills, and gifts. The Align Leadership Institute is a one or two-year experience that provides high school graduates with leadership training, practical ministry experience, and the option to earn an associate degree through Crown College’s online program.
