Dr. Mark Harris joined Appleton Alliance in 1987 as the Student Ministries Pastor fresh out of Bible college. Over the next thirty-plus years he came and went, serving in the pastorate in both Cincinnati, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania. In 2005, he earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary under the tutelage of Haddon Robinson. 

Mark now serves as Executive Pastor of Church Ministries and shares ministry oversight responsibilities with Dr. Mark Byrom. He is also one of Alliance's primary teaching pastors. His deepest desire is to communicate God’s word accurately and relevantly. 

Mark and his wife of thirty-three years, Teresa, have four grown children (Lauren, Nathan, Andrew, and Samantha). He is the chief of sinners and a Packers fan (not related).
