Summer Basketball Camps

K-2 SKILLS CAMP | June 6-27
This once-a-week camp will focus on teaching your young athlete the fundamentals of the game.

SHOOTING CAMP | June 14-16
Learn proper shooting techniques at this camp and fine-tune your form for the most consistent shot.

This camp has an emphasis on scoring from all areas of the court. We'll develop footwork, form and teach you to finish strong.



Basketball Training

Schedule an individual, small group, or team training session for your athletes with one of our coaches, Sam or Carly. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Individual Session (1:1) - $40
Small Group Session (1:2-4) - $65
Team Session (1:5-12) - $125

Coach Sam 
Sam Oatman (Director of Xcel Sports) is offering individual and small group basketball training. Coach Sam starred at Neenah High School before playing collegiately at East Tennessee State University (NCAA D1). After college, he played three seasons professionally in England. He also spent two seasons as the Men’s SBL Head Basketball Coach and Director of Development for the Lakeside Lightning in Australia. He has over 20 years of experience coaching from the youth to pro level. Whether a beginner or elite player, Coach Sam will help you level up your game!

Coach Carly
Carly Pfeifer (Xcel Sports Program Coordinator) is offering individual and small group basketball training. Coach Carly starred at Wisconsin Dells High School before playing collegiately at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (NCAA D3). She has over 10 years of experience coaching from the youth to high school level. Carly loves working with athletes of all ages and skill levels and wants to help your athlete meet their goals.

BOSU Bootcamp

Bring on the BOSU! Have a blast working strength and cardio in this bootcamp class focused around the use of BOSU balls.


Ladies, this one's for you! Have fun and dance your way to better flexibility, strength, rhythm, and coordination.

Line Dancing

Dance your way to improved balance, flexibility, cardio endurance, bone density in this fun, low-impact class.

Live Well

Geared toward the middle-aged and mature adult, Live Well incorporates strength training, cardio, flexibility, and balance for a complete, low-impact workout.

Power Hour

Take your fitness to the next level with this high-energy, strength-based class. Power Hour combines HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible), and EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) for a fun and challenging workout that will increase your strength and improve your mobility.

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)

Using BOSUs, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, and much more to increase your strength and endurance while improving your cardiovascular fitness in this total body workout.

TBS (Total Body Strength)

Get stronger with this total-body workout focusing on using weights to strengthen and tone your muscles!

Total Body Boxing

This full-body strength-focused class adds the calorie-burning benefit of cardio boxing intervals to take your workout to the next level.


Safely perform hundreds of movements that will build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility all at the intensity you choose.
