Connie has been involved in XCEL Sports since it began in 2006. Before becoming Director in 2024, she served as a volunteer, as a front desk associate, and in several roles overseeing the operations of XCEL.  
 
With a love for serving people who love sports, Connie has a passion for sharing the hope of Christ with them through sports. When she’s not at XCEL, she’s often found at the softball fields, where she enjoys both playing and cheering on XCEL teams.  
 
She has been married to her husband, Troy, for over 30 years. Together, they have three adult children, two children-in-law, and one young grandchild.
