Becca Fulcer

Director - Women's Ministry
Becca Fulcer

From an early age, Becca felt drawn to missions and ministry, while also developing a love for teaching. That passion led her to earn a degree in middle and high school English education from UW Oshkosh. Yet during that time, God gave her a clear calling to walk alongside women who have experienced trauma, trafficking, and exploitation. In 2015, she first partnered with Hosea’s Heart in Manzini, Eswatini, where she began building lasting relationships with women in their safe home and school.

After graduation, she joined an eleven-month global mission and discipleship program, learning from leaders in eleven different cultures. That transformative season deepened both her call to serve women and her desire for theological training. When she returned to the U.S., she entered the first Alliance residency cohort, gaining ministry experience and completing a Master’s in Christian Studies-Theology from Crown College in 2020.

This journey eventually opened the door to her current role, where she has the privilege of shepherding women and teaching God’s Word. Out of this passion, she became consecrated in the Christian and Missionary Alliance and now loves developing curriculum that helps adults know and treasure Scripture. Her greatest joy is encouraging others, especially women, to live fully devoted to Jesus.

You might see Becca and her husband Brady serving coffee on Sunday mornings in Appleton. They have two children and a very loved dog, Badger.
